Glass Fabricator CNC
The fabricator will use a hoist system to move large panels of glass to a machine. Using a semi-automated glass milling table, the glass fabricator will receive computer compiled shapes into a controller system that will then drill and mill large panel of glass.

Lamination: Production Loader/Unloader
Prepare glass for lamination, cleaning, QC. Load on vacuum bed apply vinyl interlayer and final glass on top of interlayer sealing the vacuum bag and loading into the 5-layer chamber connect vacuum pipes seal door and start program.

Loading Cutter
The Loading Cutter will keep the cutter supplied with glass from the inventory area using an overhead hoist and suction cup system to select a single large panel of raw glass and transport to a glass cutting table. Must be able to watch the cutter for visual cues to maintain product flow. Provide assistance to the cutter as needed, including using hand tools to break off waste glass and remove to dumpsters.
